QUINTESSE feat. KARL JOSEF – A Unique Musical Journey
QUINTESSE feat. KARL JOSEF is a distinctive mother-and-son collaboration from Munster/Örtze, Germany, bringing together songwriter Claudia Heinrich-Witzenthaler and 21-year-old vocalist Felix Karl Josef. What makes this project particularly compelling is its authentic foundation: Felix, currently prioritising his engineering studies, brings years of choir experience and a natural baritone voice that carries genuine warmth and emotional depth.
His first professional studio recording at Neptune Studio in Hamburg revealed a vocalist capable of translating complex emotional narratives with remarkable intuition and authenticity. The project isn’t about creating a conventional pop act, but rather exploring artistic potential in a natural, unhurried way that respects both Felix’s academic commitments and his emerging vocal talents.

QUINTESSE feat. KARL JOSEF – “On My Way” Music Review
QUINTESSE feat. KARL JOSEF returns with “On My Way,” a warm and polished song that captures the gentle spirit of singer-songwriter culture. The smooth, ribbon-like sound wraps around the vocals like a familiar inclusion, enhancing an ambiance that each feels intimate and uplifting. Commercial pop-rock sensibilities lend the tune a glossy, radio-ready glow, as gentle rock textures keep the wholeness fine and real, and the arrangement of the lead vocal invites listeners to settle in and enjoy the adventure
What makes this release so appealing is its balance and easy coronary heart. The vocal delivery feels sincere and unforced, carrying an experience of hope that listeners can relate to on difficult issues. The melodies aren’t overly catchy, and the band supports the music with an easy, crisp touch. It’s a song impeccably suited to a quiet morning, long pressing, or contemplative night. Fans of heartfelt pop-rock will find an awful lot to love, and recruits will discover a voice truly worth following. Press play, and enjoy the ride!
