AINA‘s “Nothing Feels Better” is one of those tracks that hits a specific as soon as the drop kicks in. It’s dance-pop through and through, sleek synths, a beat that continues to build, the kind made for use with windows down or your self in competition. Her voice incorporates completeness as well, is assured out while trying too hard, and it really makes it work. You can point out that this has been done to do it out loud.
What I really like is that it doesn’t feel overproduced despite all that electronic pop shine happening. The hook sneaks up on you, and by the second you’re concentrating, you’re already singing.
