Alexander Paton Shapes Cinematic New Music Journey ✨
Alex is a multi instrumentalist and composer based in Paris, France. He works primarily in collaboration with image, in particular dance, theatre and film. On hearing the ‘Imperial March’ in the Star Wars films at the age of seven, Alex was inspired to learn how to play an instrument and study music.
He works as both a live instrumentalist as well as a composer / producer and arranger with companies across Europe and beyond. Recent live collaborations include award winning projects with Hofesh Shechter Company, Ephemeral Ensemble, Paris Opera, Beyond – Osez l’adventure to name a selection, as well as compositional collaborations with companies that include Hermès Paris, Lego, English National Ballet, Arnema Orchestra, Kamamuta and many more.
