🎸 BLUES CORNER New Music: All That We Are
BLUES CORNER, a Paris-based music project, released their original album “All That We Are” on February 20th, 2026. The brainchild of Phil Roman and Seb Oroval, the duo’s journey back to the roots of Blues music was a testament to their unwavering friendship and creative energy. Following a successful international career in London, Phil’s decision to return to France marked a profound shift towards rediscovering his musical passion. Surrounded by a family of musicians, the duo’s collaborative efforts have resulted in a unique blend of Chicago’s electric vibe and the warmth of Americana.
With the album already available, “All that we are” is not just a collection of songs but a meticulously crafted triple-dimensional odyssey through the essence of Blues music. Produced under the guidance of Bruno Dandrimont, the album showcases a diverse range of styles including Classic Blues paying homage to the Delta of Mississippi, Country Blues & Americana offering a melodic and rhythmic escape, and Blues Rock diving into the modern energy of Texas. The recording process, which took place at the renowned studio La Battamobile, involved an elite rhythm section and collaborations with industry legends, adding an international depth to the project.

🎶 BLUES CORNER – Honest Blues Music Experience
There’s an easy, unfiltered honesty running through All That We Are that makes it feel less like a constructed album and more like a late-night session shared between friends. BLUES CORNER doesn’t try to re-invent the blues – they just live in it. The guitars speak with warm, vintage tones, the tempos move with steady confidence, and the vocals have an unmistakable blend of pain and strength. You can hear the space between the notes, the subtle bends of the strings, the emotion that lasts just a second longer than expected. It feels real, unpolished in the best way, and deeply human.
What really stands out is the honesty of the album. There’s no dramatic exaggeration, no forced intensity – just honest storytelling and musicianship that trusts the listener. The themes of resilience, longing, and self-understanding come across naturally, as if drawn from personal experience rather than fiction. The band allows each track to breathe, giving the tunes a chance to settle and resonate. All That We Are reminds us why BLUES CORNER music endures: It speaks to everyday struggles and quiet triumphs with grace and patience. This is the kind of record you return to when you want something real, grounded, and full of soul.
