Hailing from Reading, England, Caliber Skies emerged from vocalist Tommy Clifford’s passion for the mid-2000s Pop-punk, Nu-Metal, and Emocore scenes that defined his youth. What began as a solo endeavour in April 2025 quickly evolved into a full-fledged band when Tommy connected with London-based producer Jxckfruit to bring his vision to life. By November 2025, the lineup solidified with guitarist Jack Walker, bassist Michael Brookfield, drummer Tony Thompson, and the final piece of the puzzle, guitarist Sam Lewis.
Drawing inspiration from iconic acts like Jimmy Eat World, Blink-182, Boys Night Out, and Weezer, this Reading quintet channels the infectious energy and emotional depth of an era that continues to resonate with fans worldwide. Their chemistry was instant, with the band seamlessly blending already-written material with fresh compositions from their very first rehearsals together.
