Paul Frazer Clarke is a Perth-based composer, producer, and multi instrumentalist with over 35 years of professional music history. His career spans a major label recording deal with Epic Records, publishing credits through Warner Chappell and MCA Music, and a 25-year sync relationship with Sonoton Music — Europe’s largest independent library music company — with over 200 registered compositions and placements on The Oprah Winfrey Show, the BBC, National Geographic, and Dragon’s Den. He co-wrote and co produced the first Drum ‘n’ Bass album in history under the name Fast Floor.

His 2024 album Backstories From A Soundtrack To Life features Grammy Award-winning slide guitarist Lucky Oceans, Naim Cortazzi of Fun Lovin’ Criminals, and vocalist Sharin Attamimi (The Voice Australia / Australian Idol finalist). His current Five Coordinates EP series features international co-writers across five quarterly releases throughout 2026.
