Bite To Break released this one on July 16, and right away, you can tell it’s built for people who like their metal heavy but still melodic underneath all the crushing riffs. The death metal foundation is unmistakable, brutal, low-tuned, relentless, but it’s the metalcore breakdowns woven through the four-minute runtime that really give the track its shape. The vocals sit right in that raw, guttural pocket, but there’s control there too, not just noise for the sake of it.
