The Myth Pool – In It Together Review 🎵
The Myth Pool‘s “In It Together” settles into a warm, hazy groove that immediately blends bedroom pop textures with downtempo pacing that draws you in. The song beautifully carries an intimate, overdue night that feels every non-public and regularly happening. Alternative and indie influences shine through in its unpolished honesty, at the same time spreading R&B inflections add a clean, soulful undercurrent to the production This is the kind of music that rewards close listening — layered without ever feeling cluttered, atmospheric without dropping its emotional middle.
What makes “In It Together” stand out is its balance: the occasion pop sensibility keeps the melody accessible and remarkable, at the same time as the downtempo rhythm provides it with room to breathe. The Myth Pool is really aware of the way to craft mood without sacrificing song craft, and the result is a tune that feels comfortable at first focus and grows richer with each iteration. It’s a promising show off from an artist that puts her voice across a whole range of genres, and from start to finish, certainly exciting to pay attention to.
