Body’s Did You Just Ask Me If I Would Hold the Bag seems like a plain late-night concept that you don’t exactly shake. It moves through art rock and indie rock with a kind of loose, restless energy, blending synth-driven textures with barely off-kilter songwriting. The production leans into a retro-futuristic synthwave glow, yet nothing ever feels too clean or predictable. Instead, it continues to slide at extraordinary angles—like passions that are often obvious yet determine no longer at the last second.
What holds it all together is his personality. The vocals feel deliberately unpolished in places, swaying between dry ride and more emotional outbursts that sneak up on you.
