HAMILTON, ONTARIO, CANADA — June 3, 2026 — Independent music label and artist development company 905to212 has officially launched its debut campaign today, revealing the official tracklist for The Sound of Hamilton Indie Vol. 1. Curated through a blind-data judging process, 73 artists & bands, over 140 song submissions involving hundreds of musicians, the project serves as a definitive 2026 sonic time-capsule of Hamilton’s indie-underground music scene. The label’s goal was to capture the sound coming out of the small clubs in Hamilton, Canada’s “City of Music,” and give unsigned indie bands from the local community a real helping hand in getting heard internationally,” said Steve McCutcheon, Head of A&R for 905to212.
