Exiled From Agartha – A Dark New Extreme Metal Project
Exiled From Agartha is the brainchild of Michael Low, former member of acclaimed Australian extreme metal act Thy Art Is Murder. Based in Sydney, Low has assembled an impressive roster of six world-class vocalists to bring his darkest musical vision to life. The project features performances from Johnny Ciardullo (Carcosa), Taylor Barber (Left to Suffer), Yasmine Liverneux( Face Yourself), Chris O’Neal, Josh Raygun (Scarecrowe), and Shane Jost, each lending their unique vocal prowess to different chapters of this ambitious concept album.

Exiled From Agartha – The Cost Of Humanity Metal Review
I set The Cost Of Humanity as waiting for a decent metal report, and Exiled From Agartha ended up taking over my entire afternoon. The band mixes death metal brutality with thrash speed and a melodic line that sneaks up on you. The guitars are the real headliner here. Those riffs are fast and pointed, and the solo hits hard enough to rearrange your face, yet doesn’t feel dirty at all. Every part has a reason to be there.
The vocals are raw and fiery, and that it matches perfectly with the album’s heavy themes. The connection to metal core gives the songs a clean, cutting-edge bite, while the epic, almost cinematic scale maintains the energy hillclimb from the first song to the last I especially love how the crush sections kind of supply for melodies that really stick in your head. It’s rare to locate an album so aggressive that it’s also this memorable. If you adore a heavy track with real feeling behind it, give this full, thorough attention and float high.
