The Theos Variant – New Melodic Rock Album
The Theos Variant are a Columbus, Ohio melodic rock duo preparing to release their new album, Tales from Ataraxia, on October 30 through Rock Sun Records / Virgin Music Group. The 11-track album blends soaring vocals, cinematic guitars, atmospheric textures, and modern rock songwriting, with each track telling its own story. After deciding the original mixes weren’t consistent enough for release, the band brought in Benedikt Hain of Outback Recordings to mix and master the album, with additional engineering and mix assistance from Thomas Krottenthaler.
