Harrold – Independent Dance-Pop Artist and New Music
Hailing from Stone, England, Harrold is a fiercely independent artist who embodies the true spirit of DIY musicianship. As a solo songwriter, producer, and recording artist, he commands every aspect of his creative output from his bedroom studio, armed with nothing more than a MacBook, a Blue Yeti microphone, and an unwavering vision.
Balancing a demanding work schedule that includes night shifts, Harrold transforms the quiet, isolating hours of early morning into a sanctuary for crafting emotionally charged dance-pop anthems. His recent achievements include having his track “Mind of Yours” broadcast on BBC Introducing Radio and delivering a captivating live performance at the Stone Carnival alongside collaborator Megan.

Harrold – “Talk This Out” | Uplifting Indie Pop Review
Through Harrold, “Talk This Out” is the kind of release that wins you over before the primary retreat arrives at all. Built on smooth synths and brilliant, danceable pulses, the track wraps British indie pop in a warm 80s glow that feels nostalgic for ever sounding like a replica The exuberant uplift in the production provides it with smooth, feel-right, singing energy, and male vocals take a seat easily at the front, quite electrifying It invites you lightly instead of trying hard.
What stands out the most is how nicely the song balances polish and personality. It has the sheen of industrial pop, yet the electronic textures keep it fresh, and at only three mints it by no means overstays its welcome. It’s a track made for overdue evening drives, lively playlists and moments when you really want to fuck your mood upwards. Harrold suggests a real intuition for catchy melody here, and “Talk This Out” is a lively, memorable and definitely uplifting listen that merits an area on your subsequent playlist.
